Are all your ingredients gluten-friendly?
Yes, 100% gluten-friendly! We never bake with wheat or traditional flours. All recipes are crafted strictly with certified gluten-free sprouted oats, blanched almond flour, and tapioca flour. Please note our treats are prepared in a clean commercial shared commissary kitchen in Vancouver.
What kind of protein do you use?
We blend premium whey protein concentrate with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese to create rich bakery-quality fudginess while delivering between 8g and 20g of complete protein per piece without any chalky supplement flavor.
How should I store them and how long do they last?
Because our treats contain zero artificial preservatives: refrigerate airtight for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Pro-tip: Warm your treats for 10–12 seconds in the microwave before eating for gooey, molten chocolate chips!

How do I place my order?
Select your favorite batch packs on our menu, review your Crave Cart, and click "Complete Order on WhatsApp". This generates your structured order breakdown and connects you straight to our team.
How does payment work?
We accept Interac e-Transfer for all orders. Once you submit your order via WhatsApp, our team will confirm your batch schedule and provide the official e-Transfer recipient details directly in the chat.

When can I pick up my treats? (Pick-up Drops)
Choose your pick-up drop window when placing your order:
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
The exact central Vancouver collection address will be sent to you via WhatsApp once your batch is fresh out of the oven.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders of $65 CAD or more qualify for FREE local delivery across Vancouver. For orders under $65 CAD, delivery is available for a small flat fee depending on your postal code.
